Flash Academy™ is a focused, skill-based clinic designed to help athletes develop proper running form, efficient movement patterns, and confidence at speed.

The camp is lead by Cravon Gillespie, a world-class sprinter, international gold medalist, and passionate youth coach who brings elite speed training and championship energy to every session.

Cravon represented Team USA where he earned gold in the 4×100m relay at both the 2019 World Athletics Championships and the Pan American Games, and holds blazing personal bests of 9.93 in the 100m and 19.93 in the 200m — times that place him among the fastest Americans in history.

(ages 12+)

Rather than simply running hard, athletes are coached on the foundational elements that create effective speed, including posture, coordination, stride efficiency, and acceleration. The goal is to help athletes move better, reduce wasted motion, and apply speed more confidently in competitive environments.

All coaching is hands-on and instructional, with real-time feedback to ensure athletes understand what correct movement looks and feels like. Instruction is scalable and appropriate for multiple ages and experience levels.
